If your child needs to take medication at school, you must complete the appropriate medication form, per PWCS Regulation 757-4 (PDF). Parents or guardians need to bring the medication to school - do not send it in with your child. Students are not allowed to carry medications in school for safety reasons. Medication found in backpacks or in the student's possession on school property is in violation of PWCS policies and may result in disciplinary actions.
